At DUMA Recycling, we operate advanced INTAREMA® TVEplus recycling lines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in polyethylene film recycling.

These lines are equipped with innovative features, including double filtration — with laser filtration at 90 μm precision — eliminating even the finest impurities. As a result, we produce recyclates with stable technical parameters and consistent structure.

With two INTAREMA® TVEplus lines in operation, we efficiently process large volumes of waste while minimizing material loss. Advanced process automation not only improves product quality but also enhances energy efficiency throughout the production cycle. The Recycling Process

Sorting and washing of polyethylene waste

Accurate sorting helps remove contaminants and materials that don’t meet our specifications. The waste is then thoroughly washed to prepare it for further processing.

Regranulation into LDPE and LLDPE recyclates

The cleaned material is processed on our INTAREMA® TVEplus lines with double filtration. This results in recyclates with outstanding technical stability and purity — materials that are not only durable and versatile but also environmentally friendly, ready for use across multiple industries.
