Exciting developments! Last week, we received and commissioned our fourth EREMA recycling line for processing post-consumer and post-industrial film waste. This is a major step forward in increasing our plastic waste recycling capabilities. The new line allows us to recycle up to 900 tonnes of plastic per month, with an output of approximately 2 tonnes per hour.

Expanding production infrastructure

The launch of this new line is part of DUMA Recycling’s broader investment plan. Our new facility in Częstochowa will eventually house six or seven state-of-the-art production lines, increasing our total processing capacity to 120 000 tonnes of polyethylene waste per year. This expansion will enable us to process secondary raw materials more efficiently and supply high-quality recyclates to various industrial sectors.

• Reduced consumption of virgin materials and lower CO₂ emissions
• Stable production of premium recyclates for demanding industries
• Strengthening DUMA Recycling’s position as one of the key players in the Polish recycling market
